We offer three types of stock;

RED
Parts are showing from a supplier we do not have approved, stock would need verification by Oracle on receipt of goods and by customer on delivery you have 3 days to notify us of any issues, parts have 15 day return rights, for fit, form and function – Any parts that fail must be returned with test report and only product returned will be credited, you must sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions

AMBER
Parts are from a supplier we have used and generally parts are 99% okay every time – Parts will need verification by Oracle on receipt of goods and by customer on delivery, you have 3 days to notify us of any issues. Parts have 21 day return rights, for fit form and function – Any parts that fail must be returned with test report and only product returned will be credited, you must sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

GREEN
Parts are from a one of our regular fully ISO approved suppliers parts are 100% okay and do not come with return rights as product is pre-verified for quality.

For RED and AMBER quotations we except no liability on parts - You must get parts tested on boards, of course we will inspect prior to shipping to you, and we keep two pieces on file
